Wizard-driven workflow interface for automated calculations and simulations.

connect is Teraport's workflow interface. The concept is as simple as it is effective: calculations and simulations that do not necessarily depend on 3D user interaction are defined in a wizard-driven interface. Much like an installation wizard, connect guides the user step by step through the calculation definition.

The advantage: once a calculation is defined and stored as a "job", it can be executed automatically and rule-based via a job management system. An overnight background calculation based on always up-to-date data ties up neither computers nor users. Copying and modifying existing calculations makes it easy to quickly simulate different alternatives.
